by David Cooper
(Conway S.C. USA)

Grandpa's great grandpa
Young rebel between
Stonewall Jackson

A homespun uniform
Made by his old mother
When he went off to war
The day my grandpa died
Grandma gave it to me
Drove a nail in my wall
Hung him right there between
