The Rise & Rise of Laura Cunningham

I’m a singer/songwriter and have been since a young age, started my first band with my two best friends Eorann and Niamh and the age of 7-The Bloodsisters-Hottest thing on the playground hehe! I wrote my first song when I was 8 called “Crazy World”- sadly the Bloodsisters broke up in 5th class-We felt it was best to split when we were at the top-haha, we’re all still great friends though, may even do a reunion hehe! When my Nanny died (god bless her) I started writing songs that were more meaningful I suppose,&sure when I get angry and feel like killing someone I just sit down with the guitar and write instead-hehe!

I appeared on RTE, a tv station in Ireland, in a competition called "Class Act". I reached the final 10, and got to sing one of my own songs on national tv...after that everything with music had fallen into place.

I sing jingles for LMFM radio station, My voice is added at the end and beginning of music promos..

I have supported the likes of Wolfe Tones and Brian Kennedy...
