At the young age of 16, Skyler Evans realized that he had a serious gift for music. Inherited from his father, which was also a musician, Skyler picked up a pen and pad and started expressing his emotions and daily struggles on paper into song format. It wasn't until the age of 18, when he signed with a local indie label in which the world would finally hear his voice. After a year and half Skyler Evans realized that the label he was on and him had different views on how business should've been conducted and they soon parted ways. Also having a gift to network and promote with people, he hooked up with DJ Homicide and became his manager and the sole force behind homicidal productions. There he heighten his knowledge of the business with transformed him from just the average rap artist into a mini business mogul. Due to personal conflicts, Sklyer parted ways with that establishment as well. Realizing the accomplishments he achieved for other people in the industry, Sklyer soon took it upon himself to start his own label in which he is the CEO, founder, Artist, Main Engineer, promoter, graphics artist, and duplicator of the establishment. Off of his label, Sky Blue Productionz, Skyler Evans has released three mixtapes, varies of singles, and has worked with a list of underground artist and producers, creating a name for himself in Southern New Jersey and all along the border of the East Coast.
