My story :)

Growing up, I was surrounded by love, faith and art of all kinds. I grew a love for writing at a young age. I can't remember how songwriting entered in my life, but one day I just decided words were not enough. I always knew I would become a musician of some kind, so I just patiently waited. It was not until around age 11 that I picked up the guitar for the first time. It was love... Shortly after I learned how to play the fiddle and music became my life.

I am a self taught musician and I have always been very self conscious about that. I have been denied and told "no" too many times in my life with music. It is frustrating and sometimes devastating, but it feeds determination. I am now at the University of Arizona studying modern classical music composition with incredible composers and musicians. I also perform in many cafes, pubs, bars, art centers & benefit concerts around Phoenix and Tucson. Come find me! :)
