Little R.O.C. Nine
by Kelland Drumgoole
Before he was Little R.O.C. Nine, the artist formerly known as K-Diamondz boasted of his wacky behavior and what he deemed his Starbucks Rap Flow. Now, choosing to go by the name inspired by the nine Arkansas High School students that helped bring an end to segregation, this Arkansas native has gone from an artist focused on crossing all cultural borders with his bold and stimulating music to one focused on educating as well as entertaining.
His transition from K-Diamondz into Little R.O.C. Nine is influenced by both his struggles in life and the change he wants to see in the world. He firmly believes that no matter what life throws at you, God can get you through it and that is just one of the many messages he wishes to convey to the world through songwriting.
