Friends of the Expo—Carmen Allgood's Colorado Wave

"Carmen's Seminar was by far one of the most impressive and popular meetings at our event. We will certainly have her back at another EXPO." —Jim Attebery, CEO Durango Songwriters Expo
Carmen Allgood CARMEN ALLGOOD is the self-titled "Producer/Host, Chief bottle-washer and slave to independent music" at the popular Colorado Wave (and its sister "Waves"). Carmen's main focus since 1986 has been to produce and syndicate independent music radio shows, and showcase as many unsigned artists as possible in weekly one hour programs.

RADIO AIRPLAY WORKSHOPS
Carmen wrote the book on this type of seminar and is a popular mainstay at The Song School in Lyons, CO, Durango Songwriters Expo, and The Colorado Music Association. She helps indie artists and band managers find a quick and easy way to maximize their radio exposure on a worldwide level. In the music business, the main ingredient for success as an artist is to get as much airplay as possible.

"After attending Carmen's workshop, I got my artist, Jim Cabral, on over 60 stations, which included syndicated radio shows. You can't afford NOT to attend her seminar." —Barb Dye, President Colorado Music Association
