Cindy Brandle is a singer/songwriter based in Boulder, CO. She is also the Artistic Director for her modern dance company Cindy Brandle Dance Company where she creates evening-length performances based on social awareness through the investigation of human nature. Throughout her career as a choreographer and dance artist Cindy has used vocals and songwriting to enhance some of her work, and began playing guitar a few years ago. Until July 2010 Cindy was living and gigging in Chicago where she played in some very cool venues (such as The Double Door, the Elbo Room and The Uncommon Ground, to name a few). Cindy's songs are written as a means to continue her search for understanding in a world overflowing with chaos and confusion. Constantly influenced by the unfolding events around her, Cindy's music is raw, emotional and at the heart of it all, a call for peace and unity. |
