Calling All Durangonians!

Hi Everybody, mrJack here with an Expo update from NashVegas. Last week was NSAI's Tin Pan South week here so there were TONS of great songwriters in town and terrific shows every day. Jim (Attebery), me, and our good friend Al Moss went to see Big Al Anderson together at The Rutledge (great live sound there!) which is always a special treat. If you have never been here during Tin Pan week, make it part of your plans for next year for a major dose of inspiration (and wow!).

If you are in Nashville next Monday, April 13th please come to The Listening Room Cafe in Cummins Station around 8-10pm. We're having a bit of an Expo Reunion with a lot of old friends, including Jimmy Muffin who is here making a new record. Go Muff! It's our monthly "Durango Night" where YOU are invited to play if you're in town. (NO COVER but an $8 minimum per person.)

I am still getting to videos from Santa Barbara (more coming over the weekend) so if you were there at the Expo in February, go here and check for YOU...might be there...or SOON. Sorry for the delay...I have had some some issues!

Meanwhile, our Write With a Hit-Maker Songwriting Contest is getting bigger every year (see most recent winners here)...with some incredible results. We're actually just about to start another one! Exciting details and registration information will be posted to the site next week and we will also be sending out forms in the mail.

If you have an Expo success story that you would like to share with our community, please post it here. Our buddy Brendan McKinney is making some noise over at Adroit Records with Jim Tract, as you will see. (Post your songwriter bio here.)
